What barriers hinder the development of the production of light and ultralight aircraft in Russia? What are the ways to overcome the existing problems? These issues were discussed at a roundtable held by the Analytical Center.
“This year we continue working on the legislation revision, but we are doing this with a focus on permission and licensing activities,” Deputy Head of the Analytical Center, Head of the Project Office for the Implementation of the CSA Reform Mikhail Pryadilnikov said at the 3rd expert online seminar on issues of regulatory policy in Russia.
On October 4, a working group of 16 experts, chaired by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, completed the selection of research centers that will receive grant support. The winners were the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, the Ivannikov Institute for System Programming, Innopolis University, ITMO and the Higher School of Economics.
Experts and market participants discussed urgent issues of motor freight transportation development in 2021 at a meeting organized by the Analytical Centre.
“Preventive work is a very important area from the viewpoint of the ideology of oversight as such. Preventive measures today are seriously incorporated into the issues of control and supervisory activities. This is especially true of the risk management system,” Analytical Center expert, advisor to the head of the Project Office for the CSA reform implementation Alexei Pakhomov said.
