Road Works Volumes May Grow

The goal of raising the proportion of quality roads in urban conglomerates to 85% has been shifted from 2024 to 2030. The baseline is 2019, with 46% of quality municipal roads. Earlier, it had been planned to have raised the indicator to 60% by 2021, and constituent territories of the Russian Federation estimated it at 60% at the end of 2019.


Oil production recovering as scheduled

“Markets have been awaiting transition to the next stage of the OPEC+ deal. According to most forecasts, a slight recovery in production amounts will not lead to a drastic change of the market situation,” research head at the Analytical Center’s Department for the Fuel-and-Energy Sector, Housing, and Public Utilities Alexander Kurdin told Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
