Leonid Grigoriev said that the year 2015 will be more stable in terms of oil prices, and experts from different countries don't expect drastic changes. "The price of $20 p/b should not even be considered, the price of $50-60 p/b is regarded, maybe even of $70 p/b by the fall. This is quite an optimistic forecast for Russia", said the expert.

According to Mr. Grigoriev, another important thing should be taken into account: if multiply the price of oil and the dollar against the ruble, it turns out that the price of oil for export has leveled off. Another macroeconomic effect, which is discussed rarely: the fall of the euro against the dollar (Russia sells oil for dollars and buys imports mainly for euro), we have a decent win in terms of the purchasing power of the country.

Thus, the situation in the oil market has stabilized, which is confirmed by international agencies with a reasonable forecast for the oil price ($ 50-60), considers the expert.
