"Proposals of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the reduction of electronic trading platforms, the prohibition of customers and operators’ affiliation, the ensuring of operators actions’ transparency  may cause huge risks and create barriers for them", commented on the situation to Russian Business Newspaper the Head of the Department for Competition Policy of the Analytical Center Tatiana Radchenko. Lack of criteria for the number of ETP reduction may lead to the operators services market competition cut, according to the expert. "There are many questions, it is unclear how  reasonable the proposed restrictions and prohibitions are, especially if they are intended only to simplify control. It is a system of "state’s state control".  In this case maybe it would be more effective to reduce the state's share in the property", says Ms. Radchenko.
