“Those of second hand cars that are still imported into Russia, are imported through Belarus as is has much lower customs duties than Russia, - comments the situation to the “Expert Online” the Head of the Department for Competition Policy at the Analytical Center Tatyana Radchenko. - Now the Customs Union is leveling out the duties, but slowly. Therefore, such a ban is more likely to hit the Belarusian economy, than the European”.
