"Parliamentary Newspaper" quoted Alexander Kurdin who said that “A successful development of the industrial sector requires not only financing but also incentives in form of competition. “However, in the current situation, companies will compete not for consumers, but for the things that you can sell to the state. Those are subsidies. That is why we need open tenders"- said the expert. In addition, according to him, government funding should not replace the banking system. "It is also unclear how recurrent funds will be distributed," - said Mr. Kurdin.
