    Round Table ‘Public Authorities: Typical Open Data Sets and Publication Activity’
    The Analytical Center has held a Round Table 'Public Authorities: Typical Open Data Sets and Publication Activity.' Participants discussed information public authorities publish as open data, the structure of the said information and the scope of data recommended for publication. A separate discussion revolved around the rating of public authorities based on the frequency of their publications on the Open Data portal of the Russian Federation.

    Round Table ‘Infrastructure Projects with Public Ownership: Regulatory Change – a Path to Legitimate Use of Project Management’
    The Analytical Center held a Round Table on infrastructure projects with state participation that looked at changes in regulations as a way to legitimate the use of project management. During the Round Table experts put forward proposals for what amendments could be made to existing laws to allow the tools and methods of project management to be used legitimately in the implementation of major socially-significant infrastructure projects that the state has a stake in.

    Breakfast Meeting ‘IT for Export: Developing the Potential through Export Financing’
    The Analytical Center and the Eximbank Bank of Russia organized a breakfast meeting ‘IT for Export: Development of Potential through Export Financing.’ During the breakfast meeting experts talked about the existing practices of providing support for exports of IT products and services to foreign markets as well as measures to improve the financing tools available to Russian exporters of IT products and services.

    Roundtable “Russian Forest Sector – Achievements and Prospects”
    Russia has got the world’s largest forests and biggest lumber reserves and yet Russia’s share in the global output of timber and lumber is about 5%. And when it comes to higher value-added products like paper and carton, Russia amounts for just 2% of the global output, the Analytical Center's experts concluded at a Round Table titled Russian Forest Sector – Achievements and Prospects.

    International Conference 'Arctic and Shelf Projects: Prospects, Innovations and Regional Development'
    “We are in a situation where we simply must be considering macro measures,” Konstantin Noskov, the Head of the Analytical Center, said in a discussion of the STATE-2030. SIZE AND AUTHORITY track at the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum. When we talk about the state, its size, authority, management of functions, we cannot only talk about measures that can be taken at the micro level. An experienced driver cannot work a miracle with a car that does not meet basic requirements, Mr. Noskov is sure.
