At the end of 2015 a draft law which amends the Federal Law of July 26, 2006 № 135-FZ "On Protection of Competition" and the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences, establishing an obligation of legal persons whose annual income is over 7 billion rubles, to carry out not less than 10% of purchases of goods, works, and services from small businesses, got wide response. On the one hand, it is expected that this measure will promote the development of domestic small businesses, but on the other – being in the design phase experts point to a number of big risks in the future.

During this event experts will discuss approaches to the quantification of the expected effects of the law enforcement, the possible consequences and current risks for businesses in various economic activities, and give suggestions on the optimization of law provisions.

Representatives of large private companies and their associations, public authorities and the expert community will take part in the event.
