The final session of the seminar which is intended to test the efficiency and effectiveness assessment model for control and supervision means in terms of pilot forms of control will take place on 23rd December at 4:00 p.m. The event is organized in the business game format. The Government Expert Council, the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development are the organizers. Results of the seminar will be the ground to proposals for upgrading the efficiency and effectiveness assessment model for control and supervision bodies, and will help to determine conditions and requirements for implementation of the model in 2016 - 2017.
The event will be attended by the Russian Minister for Open Government Mikhail Abyzov, the Deputy Head of the Analytical Center for the Russian Government Mikhail Pryadilnikov, the Director of the Department for State Regulation of the Economy of the Ministry of Economic Development Alexey Khersontsev, representatives of regulatory bodies.
Within the Workshop 3 sessions will be organized: on defining and ranking the best set of indicators for pilot forms of control, on introducing scorecards by regulatory bodies and on summarizing the work.
The expert modeling is conducted in accordance with the Order of the Sub-Commission on improving control and licensing dunctions of federal executive bodies established by the Government Commission on Administrative Reform. The Sub-Commission is chaired by the Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Abyzov, its members are heads and deputy heads of federal ministries and departments, heads of regions, representatives of businesses and trade unions.
