This Workshop is moderated by the recognized expert in the Earned Value Management (EVM) - Steve Wake.
The EVM is a combination of objective monitoring methods, measuring the project’s performance and revealing potential problems. The use of the EVM helps project managers in delivering projects on time and within the budget limits. The EVM principles may be used in all kinds of projects in all kinds of sectors. The EVM is proved successful and result-oriented by many projects worldwide, but especially by projects in managing big and extensive projects with many tasks and participants.
