The Conference ‘Adaptable Methods in State Projects’ is dedicated to Agile Information Systems’ use in state projects. It is aimed at discussing practices of use of 'Agile' in the public sector and developing recommendations on its use.
Modern strategies in developing IT products which are used in the public sector and are based on the classic waterfall model (GOST series 34th and 19th) are not optimal for development of IT solutions. During the Conference experts will consider and document possibilities of development of up-to-date, good-quality, functional IT products in state projects by using best practices of management of software development processes (Agile, Lean), quality assurance and quality engineering, and adaptable management of IT infrastructure (DevOps.)
Results will be taken as basis for development of guidelines, which will summarize best practices of organizing adaptable software development processes, quality assurance processes, and infrastructure management. The document will be affirmed as a federal methodological recommendation. It is also planned to form a register of best practices in IT products development in the public sector.
