Mikhail Pryadilnikov, the Analytical Center's Deputy Head, will speak during the round table “Strategy of social and economic development of the Russian Federation up to 2030: development issues”, that is held within the framework of the Annual All-Russian Forum “Strategic planning in Russian regions and cities”.
The first concept of socio-economic development of Russian Federation till 2030 will be prepared by mid-September 2015. This concept includes a separate section on the formation of a vision of the future as support of the strategy and the basis for allocation of the key areas of development.
During the event experts will discuss the conceptual vision of the future and six key directions of development: macroeconomic stability, freedom of entrepreneurship and business climate, structural development and overcoming of the technological gap, increase of quality of human capital, effective state management, well-balanced regional development.
The Forum has been holding annually since 2002. The Forum’s Mission – to facilitate harmonic and balanced development of Russian regions and cities by forming systems of regional and municipal strategic and territorial planning, improving coordination of science researches, supporting multilateral dialogue on long-term development priorities, creating and promoting advanced planning standards.
