Roundtable “Development of Service Area Facilities Along Federal Public Highways”

Currently, road service area facilities along federal highways do not fully meet the real needs of road users, do not form an ordered system, are not regulated on composition and quality of services in their territories, and are characterized by non-compliance to arrangements and content of junction of overcrossing lanes.

In June, 2014 the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation approved and executed the Roadmap of implementation of the Concept "Development of service area facilities along federal highways."

The Roundtable is aimed to analyze the state of service area facilities along federal public highways, as examinations made, and to define the viewpoint of market stakeholders on assessment of the state of service area facilities and ways of its further development.
