Experts of the Analytical Center will take part in the conference "Energy Efficient City: Infrastructure of the Future", which will take place on June 9 in the framework of the thematic exhibition "Electro-2015". The event will be held with the official support of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Committee on Energy Policy and Efficiency RSPP (The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs), the Committee on Energy Strategy and Development of the RF CCI (the Chamber of Commerce and Industry), the Russian Gas Society, the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation, the Eco-Certification Center "Green Standards" and "Expocentre".
Energy conservation and energy efficiency are main factors of technological development of the Russian economy. Environmental security, new opportunities to improve the life quality, participation in the international development of advanced technologies – these factors contribute to national efforts to build the energy-efficient economy. In this regard, the focus of the business program of the conference is on effective mechanisms of fund-raising in energy conservation projects, public policy analysis in the field of energy efficiency, prospects for the development of renewable energy sources, new standards of green construction, energy services.
Thematic sessions and round tables "energy-efficient regions of Russia", "green construction", "lighting and energy services", "alternative transportation" and "renewable energy" will take place within the Conference. Representatives of relevant ministries and departments, key experts of industrial unions and associations, heads of scientific and public organizations and the business community will discuss economic and technological growth points in the implementation of energy efficiency projects, new technological solutions and prospects of development of environmentally-friendly infrastructure of Russian cities.
