On November 21-28, 2016, on commission from the Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the platform of the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation will provide training for civil servants, aimed at improving skills and qualifications related to “Implementation of the Transparency Principle in Government Activities and Open Data Management”.
The training agenda comprises 5 modules:
Module 1 – Key provisions in the RF legislation as regards providing access to information about government activities.
Module 2 – Principles of government agencies transparency and key objectives in their implementation.
Module 3 – Ensuring info security and cybersecurity in the framework of data disclosure by executive authorities.
Module 4 – Mechanisms securing the presence of the Russian Federation within the international comparison and rating system, in key international groups and consortiums whose agendas feature open data contained in internal regulations and by-laws and related to corporate processes.
Module 5 – Open state data at the service of business and the public: analysis and validation instruments, improving their quality and achieving the social and economic effect through their application in various fields.
The goal of this training is to help civil servant shape new and improve the existing competences and skills, thus upgrading the efficiency of their professional activities in office.
