The Analytical Center organizes three events at the 18th National Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia".
The round table "State programs and national projects: priority based management" (October 22, at 15:00-17:00) will feature discussions about the successful implementation of state programs by Russian regions, the mechanisms for the synchronization of state programs with national projects and the regional socio-economic development strategy as well as new management techniques in this area. The round table will be moderated by Deputy Head of the Analytical Center Mikhail Pryadilnikov and the main speaker will be Head of the Department for Strategic Development, Public Governance and Regional Policy of the Analytical Center Anton Steshenko.
Public Governance Strategic Dialog 2.0: Optimal Processes (October 23, at 14:00-15:45) is organized jointly with the Committee of Economic Development and Investment Activities of the Leningrad Region to discuss management on the basis of the program for efficiency improvement of public governance developed in 2017 in the Leningrad Region and the introduced target model "Implementation of strategic priorities".
The discussion "Russian regions: to compete or partner up?" (October 23, at 16:00-17:45) will be moderated by Mikhail Pryadilnikov. The discussion will look at the examples of successful inter-regional projects, the factors and risks that may negatively impact the inter-regional cooperation in Russia, the forms of cooperation between regions and the mechanisms for supporting joint projects.
