The Information Analytics Tools in Public Administration Conference

On 7th February, the Analytical Center will be hosting the final conference of the Best Information Analytics Tools 2017 contest. The topic of the conference: The Information Analytics Tools in Public Administration.
The event will look at the results of the contest and feature an award ceremony for the winners, as well as discussions about the issues of state policy in the development of information technologies, modern trends in the development and implementation of software solutions designed to help in the management decision making process and the best practices in the creation and use of analytical tools by public authorities. The conference will also feature presentations of the best solutions submitted to the contest.

A panel discussion on the state policy in the development of information technologies will be moderated by the Head of the Analytical Center Konstantin Noskov.

The speakers will include members of the jury of the contest: The Head of the Information Technologies and Communications Department of the Government of the Russian Federation Vladislav Fedulov, the State Secretary-Deputy Minister for Communications and Mass Media Oleg Pak, Deputy Minister for Economic Development Savva Shipov, Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury Alexander Albychev, Minister and the Head of the Information Technologies Department of the Government of Mosocw Artem Ermolayev, Deputy Chair of the Management Board of the Pension Fund Aleksey Ivanov, the Head of the Petrograd District Administration of Saint Petersburg Ivan Gromov and other government officials responsible for IT in federal and regional public authorities.

An exclusive event during the conference will be the presentation of the findings of two polls:

- a poll of public authorities about the use of information analytics tools (based on over 700 forms submitted from federal and regional public authorities);

- a poll of information analytics tools developers about their motivations for participating in the contest.
