    Contest "Project Olympus" and conference "Project management implementation in public sector” speak for the project management importance on all public authorities levels
    "Project management is a burning issue", said the Head of the Analytical Center Konstantin Noskov. "When we were working on the contest and the conference, we aimed to create a site for discussion and practical use of project management methods, so that the leaders of their implementation could share their experience and practices, and those who just started to implement project management in their work can use these best practices and experience".

    Analytical Center and Association of energy service companies signed agreement on cooperation
    On November 21 within the forum ENES-2014 the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation and the Association of Energy Service Companies (RAESCO) signed an agreement on cooperation. The Head of the Analytical Center Konstantin Noskov and the RAESCO Council Chairman Andrey Likhachev signed up the document on coopertion.
