    The economic incentive system is what we need for transport complex development
    “The system of economic influencing and incentivizing should become the basis for the mechanism that implements the tasks of innovative development of transport complex. This is the only way to increase competitiveness of local carriers and carriers from the countries of Customs Union and Eurasian Economic Space”, - consideres the expert of the Analytical Center Mikhail Nizov. This idea was presented in his report at the All-Russian Conference on creation of measures aiming at increasing labor productivity and cost reduction, as well as monitoring the investment projects in transport complex. The Conference was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

    Arctic resources for innovative development of Russia
    “The economic model based on raw materials nearly drained, innovation in natural resources exploitation has become the country’s new development vector. The meeting took place in Kaluga on April 11, 2014.

    “Information management automation of government institutions shows a gradual trend of evolving from use of Electronic Document Management (hereinafter referred to as EDM) to Enterprise Content Management (hereinafter referred to as ECM) systems.     Competitive environment in Russia: rating of regions
    According to the rating, when it comes to level of competition development the Krasnodar region is well ahead of others, the Amur region has the toughest situation to tackle, while Moscow and St. Petersburg are ranked the 8th and the 13th respectively. The FAS Russia cited this data at the roundtable on “Intensity of competition and competitive environment in Russia: rating of regions” held at the Analytical Center today.
