Cooperation Agreement of the Analytical Center and the Kazakhstan Public-Private Partnership Center

The Head of the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation Konstantin Noskov and the Chairman of the Managing Board of the Kazakhstan Public-Private Partnership Center Azamat Ainarov signed a Cooperation Agreement.

'Over the last ten year I admiringly watch over the success of Kazakhstan in the scope of re-structuring and creating of the public administration system, taking into account brand new modern corporative principles. For this reason, I am very glad that today we laid a foundation for, I hope, the long-time and fruitful co-operation, and we will acquire even more information, how our neighbors, our friends continue the implementation of modern management methods,' said Mr Noskov

'I am also very glad that we could hold our meeting today, as I think that within the Eurasian Economic Union and the future strategic co-operation we, two ThinkTanks, must find new ways forward, new methods of economic development, new ideas for our Governments representing two great centers,' said Azamat Ainarov.

The Kazakhstan Public-Private Partnership Center is the leading analytical and expert centre in the country for the public-private partnership development with the new type of the approach to the task solution. The Center provides the complete consulting assistance for any projects and supports their implementation, forms the scientific background and the workforce capacity development.

The Centre is the initiator and the event manager of modeling of popular discussion sites, where expert recommendations are developed for the task solution of the most important social and economic tasks, besides urgent questions of present interest about the development of the public-private partnership.
