The Deputy Head of the Analytical Center Mikhail Pryadilnikov spoke during the XIV All-Russian Forum 'Strategic Planning in Regions and Cities of Russia.'
'The Strategy 2030, whatever will be included in it, cannot be implemented without radical improvement of quality of state management and structural reforms. The Problem is not in writing, most of the right things were already included in strategy 2020, but in the fact that we do not have necessary tools for its implementation,' Mr Pryadilnikov informed during the round table dedicated to the issues of design of strategy of socioeconomic development of Russia up to 2030.
The expert presented propositions of the Analytical Center to the Strategy 2030 and called to take carrying out of institutional changes aimed at improving the efficiency of state management, increase the quality and conditions of conduct of business as well as at the development of human capital as the basis for its implementation.
Mikhail Pryadilnikov also participated in the discussion within the round table dedicated to the implementation of the Federal Law № 172-FZ 'On the strategic planning in the Russian Federation' and the necessary changes in legal acts of the sectoral and institutional character.
