Licensing and accreditation mechanisms in the State regulation of education

Experts of the Analytical Center Inna Karakchieva and Tatiana Yuzhakova have published a scientific paper "Licensing and accreditation - especially state regulation in the countries of the Organizaton for Economic Cooperation and Development"

The paper was published in the research and methodology magazine "Problems of modern science and education", and is an analytical overview of the use of licensing and accreditation mechanisms, which are used by the State to control the education in the OECD countries.

The paper analyzes the experience of 34 countries by the admission to the implementation of educational activities (licensing of the educational activities), monitoring the quality of education (State control in the field of education), assessment of conformity of the level of educational activities (State accreditation of educational activities) and training of the students with the use of national educational standards or other regulations (federal state educational standards).
