Analytical Center will help the Ulyanovsk region to become Russia's leading region

The Analytical Center and the Government of the Ulyanovsk region signed an agreement on cooperation.

After the ceremony the governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov thanked the Analytical Center for the opportunity to discuss issues related to the strategic development of the region. ‘I was very pleased to see the interest of the Head of the Analytical Center and to hear very interesting suggestions that will help us to become a leading region of the Russian Federation, not only in the field of investment, but also in the development of the information society and analytical monitoring’, said the governor. Also the region is planning to organize in the Analytical Center an internship for the Ministry of Economic Development of the region and a number of Expert-Analytical Centers.

The Analytical Center continues to expand the geography of regional cooperation. ‘Today we have signed an agreement on cooperation in the framework of a large joint project in the Ulyanovsk region - the Information Society Forum. It will be a large-scale all-Russian event, which will be a good starting point for our long-term and fruitful cooperation’, said the Head of the Analytical Center Konstantin Noskov.

Alexander Lukin, the Executive Director of the Information Society Forum, who also put his signature on the agreement, said that the revival of such a serious platform on the territory of the Ulyanovsk region will contribute to the development of the region.
