Vladislav Onishchenko, Head of the Analytical Center, and Vladimir Mesropyan, Head of the Project Office for implementation of the "Digital Economy" National Program of the Analytical Center, entered the Presidium of the Government Commission for Digital Development. The corresponding order has been signed recently.
Maxim Akimov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, headed the Presidium, and Konstantin Noskov, the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, became Deputy Chairman of the Presidium.
The tasks of the commission include preparation of proposals to the president on development of the digital economy, identification of priority areas, forms and methods of state regulation in this area, increasing the competitiveness of the Russian economy through the introduction of IT, expanding the use of IT in public services, formation of state policy in the field of communication development and coordination of its implementation, etc.
