On 21st April a co-operation agreement was signed by the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry for Economic Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the Krasnoyarsk economic forum. The document was signed by the Deputy Head of the Analytical Center Mikhail Pryadilnikov and the Minister for Economic Development of Bashkortostan Sergey Novikov.
The document stipulates the parties intend to cooperate on socio-economic development, improvements to the public administration system in the Republic of Bashkortostan as well as on information analytics.
The Republic of Bashkortostan is interested in getting access to the competencies that the Analytical Center has in analyzing and optimizing public administration programs, monitoring their implementation, forecasting key socio-economic development indicators, including indicators characterizing performance in investments, foreign trade and cooperation with other regions. Analytical Center experts are going to take part in preparing socio-economic development scenarios and forecast for the Republic of Bashkortostan for the medium and long term introducing the competition development standard in the republic, updating the regional investment development program and in work on other issues.
Join work will be carried out as part of efforts to introduce models to simplify business conduct procedures and make the region more attractive to potential investors, create favorable conditions for companies that export their goods and services, update the investment development strategy of the Republic of Bashkortostan and others.
