Experts of the Analytical Center discussed ways to improve energy and environmental legislation of the Russian Federation at the international conference

November 26-29, 2013, Moscow hosted the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference titled "Constitutionalism and Legal System in Russia: Outcomes and Prospects". Experts of the Directorate for Legal Groundwork for Land and Property Regulations of the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation were among the participants.

Speaking on constitutional foundations of the energy law, Natalia Zhavoronkova, Head of Directorate, said, 'Given constant and fundamental legislation changes as well as conceptual and doctrinal foundation for national energy and environmental security being formed, it is becoming especially important to form proper institutional approach capable of revealing general and peculiar features of the energy law as a totality of intrinsically related regulations that control the particular group of similar, interconnected social relations.'
