As she stated, the deal, with a value of over RUB 100 bln, will be checked by the regulators for risks of market monopolization. "The Federal Antimonopoly Serivce will check the possibility of monopolization and increase of the market share not only on the target markets involved in the transaction, but also in respect of all assets owned by the companies.  In this case we are talking about mail, payment and booking services", specified Radchenko.

The expert noted that the joint venture will increase the share of Citymobil taxi service not only in Moscow, but in the rest of Russia as well. Citymobil already announced its entry in the markets of Saint Petersburg, Voronezh, Omsk, Volgograd. Undoubtedly, the requirements to quality, drivers and cars will now increase. "In the capital, we have to compete with the existing leaders of the sector; in the regions, our goal is to legitimize the market and increase service quality", - remarked Radchenko.

Digital technologies expand the prospects for further development of online platforms in the Moscow Region as well. "In particular, about 80% of the Russian population are Sberbank clients. The bank can analyze the structure and scope of people's expenses, and the analysis of such a large scope of data allows to offer new services which previously were not available. This is one of the goals of the deal", said the expert.

New services may become available in the fields of healthcare and education. The development of bank services is expected as well. "There are many online services, but payment for them remains offline, - clarified Radchenko. - By analyzing the structure of these transactions, it will be possible to create banking services which will be useful for the business and for the state, and will create a new market".
