"We have a fairly well developed infrastructure and a high degree of involvement in the digital economy among the population, we've also got a pretty well developed digital government and good educational and research resources in a number of critical fields such as mathematics, computer science and physics," Mr. Leschenko stressed.
It should be noted that the Digital Economy Program is to be implemented by 2024. The program comprises six federal national projects: regulation of digital economy, human resources for digital economy, information infrastructure, information security, information technologies, digital state governance.
