Key functions of the Project Management Office

Monitoring and analyzing the results of the implementation of the priority program:

·        monitoring and assessing the quality of the implementation of the measures of the priority program, summing up the information for the government bodies in charge of the priority program;

·        monitoring the assessment of the level of the administrative load on organizations and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities;

·        assessing the quality of the administration of the oversight and supervision functions.

Expert and organizational support for participants in the priority program:

·        facilitating interdepartmental cooperation for the implementation of the measures of the priority program;

·        organizing training for participants in the priority program in oversight, supervision and project management;

·        facilitating information sharing between participants in the priority program on the best practices and approaches;

·        aggregating information about the best public oversight and supervision practices from abroad;

·        getting Russian and foreign experts engaged in discussing the achievements and obstacles on the way of reforming the oversight and supervision function.

Informational support for implementing the priority program:

·        creating and developing an online portal for reforming the oversight and supervision function;

·        monitoring the information related to reforming the oversight and supervision function.
