2011 – 2013 – Head of the Division for Energy Sector Research Co-Ordination, then of the Department for Co-Ordination of International Projects of the Federal State Budgetary Organization "Russian Energy Agency" (REA) by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation

Since 2012 – Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Research on Competition and Economic Regulation of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Since 2013 – Research Fellow at the Competition and Industrial Policy Division of the Faculty of Economics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Since 2013 – Head of the Department for Competition Policy of the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation.

In June 2016 appointed the Deputy Head of the Analytical Center.
